Just ordered a smaller size, thought they would run small but I believe it is pretty true to size ordered the XXXL normally wear and XL shirt and is loose still works though I can not believe how much it makes me sweat! I absolutely love mine I've had it about a month and I've lost around 10lbs so far I wear it everyday and it's amazing.
The top is very comfortable to wear and fits true to size.
It definitely helps you sweat a lot but it does leak through the bottom. Make sure you take an extra long sleeve to tie around your waist so it doesn't look like you had an accident.

Very good fit and a lot better than my old one with velcro closure. It gives me a very good back support. I ordered. Large should hve sized down. A must have I have a lot from this line. I love that it is long enough for my long torso. It does have a different spell even after being washed.

It fit too loose on the back and the straps were also too long I ordered an xxl cause I'm a normal L but it was coming from China Customers also considered. There's a problem loading this menu right now.
