Make up a batch at the weekend and enjoy throughout the week! They come together in 10 minutes and need only 9 ingredients, making them a fuss-free and simple snack for all the family.

Love my porridge, but overnight oats make a great alternative in summer. This is basically muesli! I then found a recipe for a fruit muesli, which I have adapted and can be found here. What a beautiful simple recipe. Those bananas look absolutely beautiful and who woulda thought to add peanut butter to oats! I add peanut butter to sauces but would never have thought to add to porridge like this.
