Well, in the hands of a healer, of someone with powerful intent and healing energy, they act as tools to manifest effects into reality. You need the code for healing pain. You write it in the air over the sting and soon, the pain will subside. It works for everyone although intent and experience matter and healers get far better results than the average person. A pad of paper works too. This is energy healing. It is like Reiki.

You channel energy. The difference here is that you need not go through all the training to do so. You use the codes. The only downside is that this is one of the weaker energy healing practices. For some people, energy healing masters that can channel energy with ease through several methods, maybe effective. Well, weight loss or better said, gaining weight is an energy imbalance in the body. This balance manifests itself in several ways.
One of them is how your body works. You burn calories naturally, day in and day out. I burn about — calories doing nothing. I know this because I carry a FitBit. You also burn calories when you exercise or anything that gets your heart rate up. Some people are better than others at this. They have a fast metabolism. Others have a very slow metabolism.
Everything works. On top of this, others have thyroid problems. This makes it even harder to lose weight if not impossible. So weight loss and gain is not really about how much you eat. I know people who can eat fast food five times a day and be skinny as a rake.
