Many of the clients served by All Abilities have been trying to manage on their own, despite the often severe obstacles posed by their disabilities. Some get scattered support from family, friends and neighbors but that is likely to be inconsistent.

Officials at Excela Health plan to add beds for coronavirus patients, possibly as early as Tuesday, at one of its Westmoreland County facilities as hospitalizations continue to increase. Excela to add more covid beds at its hospitals as cases continue to rise.
