I had to check our the BMW vegan car! Never heard of that before. Very cool! Looks like a great list of meals! I will definitely have to try them. While looking at the shopping list I noticed Greek yogurt, that is not vegan! How did that ended up in there? It should have been coconut yogurt! These recipes look wonderful and inspiring.
