The District managers are micromanaging and intimidating. Your location family is the best part about RM. Also the pay is iffy, getting raises here is pretty difficult. They have been making changes though to hopefully better themselves and improve on where they have made mistakes in letting good employees go. So hopefully, this company becomes better at keeping people and less turnover because there is a lot of good potential. Starting out, it seems like a great place to work.

After training and being thrown into work, it slowly becomes evident why there's a high turnover rate.

The job is very demanding, with as little as 30 seconds between calls. The pay is definitely not worth the job. You get very little breaks and are expected to handle very upset patients with little to no training on handling such people.
