I love MCT oil in my morning coffee…will this have negative impacts on fat loss goals? I think there might be a bad typo here. Given the average person that size is burning calories with fat weight at a BMR, is probably wrong.

I can see 50 extra calories during a work out, but not at BMR.

When we increase our lean body mass via weight training, we can safely assume it is from muscle tissue and not an increase in organ tissue.

For this workout, all you need is a kettlebell and a clock or timer. Set the timer High 5! This translates into higher and longer post-exercise caloric burn. However, even if you work out alone, you can still reap the benefits of this weight loss regimen.
