Whats wrong with using protein powder? At the end of the day, us vegetarians just don't get enough protein. So a good quality whey protein should be part of your diet, if you are trying to lose weight, so as to ensure that you don't end up losing muscles as well. I also need some help on this Prasham, nothing works like self-control, exercise and a well chosen, home cooked diet.
