Faith-based encouragement woven throughout 7. Advice good advice highlighted in the book I have read MANY books on weight loss over the years, and I truly think this one stands out in so many ways.

Plus, it's not about a diet per se, but about living healthfully in a way that glorifies God. Five stars!!! Excellent book! It's not about the weight its about the heart, this is so well written. Our bodies are a temple and we need to treat them as such.

I read the pray fit devotionals daily and they help me push through, I have to or I wont ever get my energy back. Everyday is better that the one before it, somedays I cant do anything but its ok because I am honoring my body that way. Truly a blessing!!

To me it is just a glorified exercise book. It will be going to Good will. I love Jimmy Pena!!! What an inspiration he is GREAT book I loved a few of the recipes in here. I learned a lot about eating healthy and lost a lot of weight. Its a way of life, not a quick fix. Great Book, Jimmy Pena is awesome!

The lesson course "Biblical Nutrition " can be downloaded online for free, and followers of the diet can access recipes on the web site. History: Developed by Rev. Thirty-two members of a church reportedly completed the course and followed the diet, which resulted in a total weight loss of more than pounds.
