So here I can tell you I'm not being paid and I hate dishonesty. Here is an honest assessment of Forksolin. I can honestly say that it carefully words what it does on the bottle because it does what it says it does. Yes, it helped support weight loss. I went on a low carb diet and i did not crave carbs for the entire bottle. When it ran out, i noticed i struggled to not want to cheat.
I lost about 9 pounds in the first 2 weeks and 7 in the last 2 weeks. I am mid age and mid weight. It does not give you the gitters, but does give you a softer uplift in energy.

It does help improve moods as i found i slept better and had that bit more of energy then when i drank coffee. I think it could use abit more caffeine in it though as the energy uplift is not much more then if you drank 2 cups of coffee.. However when i went low carb, i cut alot of caffeine out so i did notice it abit. It could just be better with a bit more or if they made another line with extra added. I take it twice a day morning and late afternoon. It will make you have more bowel movements. I feel like it gives me more energy. The pills are capsules. They taste absolutely horrible. I have lost 17 lbs so far in three months. I am about to order more!!! I also am human and forget to take them sometimes. They do not give you jitters. I honestly have no side effects! I can really tell a differnce in I have been taking this for 6 months now and i love it. I can really tell a differnce in my mood as well as weight,eating habits,energy, and sleep since i started.
I first bought it in november of used a bottle with a migraine pill my doctor prescribed and lost 16lbs in a month. I didnt rebuy in December and it was miserable so iv been buying it every since and loving it now down 30 lbs and not regaining! I highly recomend it. Not all forskolin are the same! I've been taking this forskolin for 6 days now, and from the 1st. Don't Recommend this product at all! I admit that I should have tried this forskolin without any other new product more "scientific" and also while on my regular routine. I did not, but I will provide my personal assessment under the following circumstances: I knew that I would be traveling for over 3 weeks in Europe, not eating my usual small lunch of an apple and string cheese, and not going to the gym.
Also, I knew I would be eating at restaurants so I anticipated taking in quite a few extra calories per day: Central Europe is big on fried chicken schnitzel, and wine is "suspect" so we ordered beer daily. What I do know is that after this dietary change "excess" and anticipated weight gain, I came home still fitting into all my regular clothing. The other item I added was CLA. I had read that forskolin is the main ingredient in the Shark Tank's hyped product for weight loss.
