Ladys Mantle

The Alchemilla Ladys Mantle, Alchemilla mollis, is a brilliant foamy clusters of tiny, star like flowers with velvety soft olive-green leaves. The foliage catches and holds water drops while sparkling in the sun. The flower color ranges from yellow to green and blooms in late spring to early summer with a height of 18 and a plant spread of 18-24. Susan Mitchell Golden Marguerite
The Marguerite Daisy, 'Anthemis Susan Mitchell, a Blooms of Bressingham plant, has daisy-like, 1-2 creamy white flowers with primrose-yellow centers. The Golden Marquerite, 'Anthemis tinctoria Kelwayi, has daisy-like, 2-3 sunny yellow flowers. Sometimes the flowers will appear apricot or darker yellow. The feathery, fragrant foliage forms a tight, symmetrical mound that will add to any landscape. Anthemis Kelwayi has a plant height of 2-3' and should be planted in full sun. Wild Ginger
The Asarum American Ginger, 'Asarum canadense 'American Ginger', is a wonderful ground cover that is grown for its foliage rather than it's flower. It has a plant height of 6-8 and is extremely heat tolerant. The redish to green flower blooms on American Ginger appear in early spring and continue into late spring. American Ginger will do wonderful in rock gardens or as a border. Try mixing colors of other groundcovers with American Ginger such as Ajuga Chocolate Chip or Houttuynia Chameleon.

Bressingham Ruby Bergenia
The Bergenia Bressingham Ruby, a Blooms of Bressingham plant, also known at Bergenia Pigsqueak or Heartleaf, is a popular ground cover that is great for weed-smothering. Being a vigorous spreader, it is great in rock gardens or as a border plant. The paddle-shaped leaves turn burgundy in cold weather with short clusters of pink flowers on stout stems. Jack Frost Brunnera
The Brunnera Jack Frost, 'Brunnera macrophylla', has sky-blue flowers that contrast well with its frosty silver leaves. The foliage is known to resemble cracked porcelain. It does require full shade in most areas. In the north, morning sun is tolerated and in the south, dense shade is necessary. Jack Frost is a great perennial to brighten up shady areas and will look great with any shade plant on the market today. Fannie Munson Caladium
The Caladium Fannie Munson, 'Caladium', has impressive bright pink foliage with green spotted edging. Its leaves can be almost translucent, making it less ideal for sunny locations because it will easily sunburn. It has a plant height of 16-18 and a spread of 12-18. Fannie Munson should be planted in part-shade and in a well-drained area. The colors are extremely showy from July to Frost. Try planting Fannie Munson in containers for the patio, in window boxes or to brighten up you perennial garden.
