Big, beautiful cannas look tropical but are easy to grow, even for northern gardeners. Broad, glossy leaves measure up to a foot long, in green, blue-green or bronze. Red King Humbert Giant Cannas produce stunning flower spikes bloom from June to frost in an neon range of colors. Creates an eye-catching screen even when not in bloom.
Heights vary, with dwarf varieties standing 2-1/2 to 4 feet tall and the towering Humberts and Beauties shooting up 5-8 feet. Best in full sun, moist soil and the very hottest weather you can hand them. 2-5 eye bulbs.
